Incorporated on June 9, 2006, our company has been led by Owner & CEO Tonya Lewter
since its inception. We take pride in being a Nationwide Certified ACDBE/DBE, WOSB,
WBENC, HUD SECTION 3, and MWBE Firm, reflecting our dedication to diversity,
excellence, and compliance within the industry.
La Vie Development, Inc. is a Traditional Build and Certified Modular Builder. We provide
services in the areas of housing acquisition, build new construction, rehabilitation, and
disposition services in connection with vacant parcels and abandoned homes.
Our Modular Building relationship is with locally owned, custom modular home,
commercial and institutional building manufacturers. Our partners have over 20 years of
experience in custom modular design, manufacturing and in excess of 4,500 structures
built. Our state-of-the-art processes, technology, volume purchasing power, exceptional
value and innovative designs positions us as a premiere company.
Multi-Family structures can be customized with any floorplan. Our Green Building System
utilizes the Energy Star Program techniques such as the NAHB.
Our firm provides versatile, innovative, and high-quality professional services in the area of
housing development. Our company’s success stems from years of experience which has
translated into our ability to understand the client’s unique needs quickly and effectively
